Mochamad Djudi, M.Si, Yuniadi Mayowan S.Sos.MAB 105 Page + ix.This study took the title about Effect of Job Training Against Capability and Performance of Employee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training that is a training method training materials the ability to work employee performance on employees of PD. BPR. Lamongan Regional Bank.The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Population in this study as many as 194 employee of PD. BPR. Lamongan Regional Bank with total sample 66 people. Methods and data collection techniques that used in this research is questionnaire and documentation with using part analysis. PD. BPR. Lamongan RegionalBank. The regression resultindicatethateach variable( method oftraining, training materials andthe ability to work )has a significant influenceandshowed positive results. It showthatwith trainingandhighwork abilitywillaffect the performance ofthe employee.
